The Five Tibetan Rites: Exercises for Healing, Rejuvenation, and Longevity
Yoga
5rites_thBackground

In 1985 a book called The Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth written by Peter Kelder was published which for the first time fully described an exercise program for "youthing". This is an exercise program used by Tibetan monks to live long, vibrant and healthy lives. In fact, this book states that many have lived longer than most can imagine by following the program often called the "Five Tibetan Rites".

Kicked Out of Yoga – WHAT?
Yoga

balanceThere are many benefits to working at home and even though I like my own company, a different scene and meeting folks creates interest in my life. Unfortunately, in my small town, all of my favorite yoga studios have closed and my teacher-friends have had to move their incredible talent to cities that offer greater support. I’ve tried home workouts but without stimulating folks, it’s just no fun. So I left my fingers do the walking and started to check out studios in neighboring towns. I picked one that has an 8 1/2 year track record of stability, a reasonable 6 month package price and that claimed to have a great group of dedicated people.

Evolve Vision

evolve_visionImagine a world where money was no longer the means of exchange of services but rather love and enthusiasm as its primary exchange. A world full of love and so much diversity that each individual’s enthusiasm became the driving force behind one’s life work and one’s life work was as distinctive as one’s own fingerprint. A world where every job and every service had its own caretaker that performed its tasks with so much love and care they freely wanted to giveaway these services. Tell me? What would this world look like? A world of harmony and service where all needs were met and provided by someone that was just as equally grateful to give as well as they were ready to receive. A world of haves without the not’s. A world of abundance without the lack. A world of love without the suffering. Can you imagine this?
