BackgroundIn 1985 a book called The Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth written by Peter Kelder was published which for the first time fully described an exercise program for "youthing". This is an exercise program used by Tibetan monks to live long, vibrant and healthy lives. In fact, this book states that many have lived longer than most can imagine by following the program often called the "Five Tibetan Rites".

There are many benefits to working at home and even though I like my own company, a different scene and meeting folks creates interest in my life. Unfortunately, in my small town, all of my favorite yoga studios have closed and my teacher-friends have had to move their incredible talent to cities that offer greater support. I’ve tried home workouts but without stimulating folks, it’s just no fun. So I left my fingers do the walking and started to check out studios in neighboring towns. I picked one that has an 8 1/2 year track record of stability, a reasonable 6 month package price and that claimed to have a great group of dedicated people.

This is a technique that has the ability to elevate, inspire and awaken the individual to their own greatness. Living in modern society we are forced to deal with the fire (agni) that exist at the heart of our cities. This fire (pitta dosha) is reflected on every street, presenting us different paths that you may follow and reflections of our own desires... Money, Real State, Love, Sex, Fashion, Art… and of course Yoga.

Beta-Carotene, for example, is one voracious phytochemical found in raw yellow and orange fruit and other vegetables. These raw foods have proven to be beneficial in reducing damage to cells caused by free radicals. Free radicals work to damage cells, fueling the aging process through cell mutation and cell death. One molecule of beta-carotene can kill up to one thousand free radicals.
