full moon in leo- 1/29/10 at 10:18pm PST
Spirit - Astrology by Divine Harmony
fullmoonthe upcoming full moon is a dynamic one and many are feeling the firey energy percolate as i write! there are many reasons for this, a big one being that while the sun and moon are in opposition (which always happens during a full moon) both venus and mars are aligned with the sun and moon respectively, amping up the energy of this lunation and taking relationship dynamics to new heights as well as new depths. the sun and moon are symbolic of the masculine and feminine principle, and so are venus and mars (feminine and masculine respectively). on friday's full moon we have the sun aligned with venus, both in aquarius, while the moon is aligned with retrograde mars, both in leo- taking masculine and feminine and aligning them as well as opposing them, generating some intense energy!

The Five Tibetan Rites: Exercises for Healing, Rejuvenation, and Longevity
Body - Yoga
5rites_thBackground

In 1985 a book called The Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth written by Peter Kelder was published which for the first time fully described an exercise program for "youthing". This is an exercise program used by Tibetan monks to live long, vibrant and healthy lives. In fact, this book states that many have lived longer than most can imagine by following the program often called the "Five Tibetan Rites".

Soul Mate Partings and Reunions
Spirit - Spiritual Teachings
soulmatesBefore I get into a discussion about soul mate partings and reunions, I want to just go into the definition of soul mate and the definition of twin flame.  I’d also like to use the analogy of the ladder because to me it symbolizes the journey of your life with more than one soul mate very well.  There is definitely more than one soul mate.  Everyone that you choose to be with at the time you choose to be with them, is a soul mate.

Kicked Out of Yoga – WHAT?
Body - Yoga

balanceThere are many benefits to working at home and even though I like my own company, a different scene and meeting folks creates interest in my life. Unfortunately, in my small town, all of my favorite yoga studios have closed and my teacher-friends have had to move their incredible talent to cities that offer greater support. I’ve tried home workouts but without stimulating folks, it’s just no fun. So I left my fingers do the walking and started to check out studios in neighboring towns. I picked one that has an 8 1/2 year track record of stability, a reasonable 6 month package price and that claimed to have a great group of dedicated people.

Hathors: Haiti and the Chaotic Node
Spirit - Channelings
tomkenyonThe recent seismic event in Haiti heralds the beginning of the Chaotic Node we referred to in our last communication.

We are, quite frankly, surprised that this event occurred slightly outside the timeline we had projected. This tells us that new levels of “novelty” (meaning an increase in unpredictability) are escalating faster than we anticipated. Thus, it is, and will be, increasingly difficult to pinpoint such future occurrences.

In Re: “Preparing for nuclear event” in the LA Daily News
Tru News - Latest
peace_thI am writing this letter in response to the article “Preparing for a nuclear event” by Troy Anderson, dated 12/14/2009.

I am writing in my capacity as a Peace & Security Ambassador for Nuclear Disarmament and Military Non-proliferation with Physicians for Social Responsibility, Los Angeles (PSR-LA) and as a conscious citizen. There are few points I would like to address and bring to your awareness.

Balancing the Divine Feminine and Masculine - A Sacred Marriage
Spirit - Spiritual Teachings
SacredUnion_thI used to live this Utopian life where each day was a day to discover myself and the beauty and wonder of life and living. My obligations were loving and co-creating with my children, with nature, with ideas and words, with luscious food, with clients and friends ... on my time table. The gentleman whom I was seeing at the time (and still am-check out what he has to say at my website) used to appreciatively call me a "luxurious darling". He was right; I felt like the lusciously vital subject of a famous 19th century painter, luxuriously reclined back on a divan with the sense of awe curling my tongue.

Evolve Vision

evolve_visionImagine a world where money was no longer the means of exchange of services but rather love and enthusiasm as its primary exchange. A world full of love and so much diversity that each individual’s enthusiasm became the driving force behind one’s life work and one’s life work was as distinctive as one’s own fingerprint. A world where every job and every service had its own caretaker that performed its tasks with so much love and care they freely wanted to giveaway these services. Tell me? What would this world look like? A world of harmony and service where all needs were met and provided by someone that was just as equally grateful to give as well as they were ready to receive. A world of haves without the not’s. A world of abundance without the lack. A world of love without the suffering. Can you imagine this?
